Drone Roof & Chimney Surveys

Clear, close-up images of roofs and chimneys – without scaffolding or disruption.

See What Can't Be Seen From The Ground

Roofs and chimneys are among the hardest parts of a building to inspect – and some of the most expensive to repair.

B.C Surveying uses high-tech drone inspections to capture clear, close-up images without the cost, time and disruption of scaffolding or access equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can drone surveys be carried out in any weather?

Flights depend on suitable weather. If wind or rain makes a flight unsafe, I will rearrange for the next suitable day.

Can I add a drone survey to my home survey?

Yes. A drone inspection is a valuable addition to a Level 2 or Level 3 survey, especially on taller or complex roofs.
